Fresh bedroom inspiration

I think it's hard to go wrong with white and blue

The owner of this bedrooom quotes "I was a lot more beige once upon a time but a trip to Australia stopped all that."  I love it when a recent trip spurs you to make changes in one's everday life!

The bedding in the photo above, and the photo below, along with the graphic rug, create a very fresh and modern feeling to these bedrooms.

Luxurious bedrooms for a case of the Mondays

It is so hard to get out of bed on Monday morning....

Great light in this bedroom...

This bedroom has a casual glamor that looks so effortless.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the bedroom above. It's eclectic but there's no "kitschness" about it

beautiful - I like the look of mixing patterns but I've never had an opportunity to try it.

Fabulous bed

This bedroom makes me want spring even more!

Check out my guest post over at dwellings and decor

Rachel over at dwellings and decor was one of my first blogging friends, so I was very touched when she asked me to guest post while she's on her fabulous honeymoon.

Spring is being a tease up here in NYC. It’ll be a lovely 64 degrees one day and then we wake up in the morning to find it’s turned 38 degrees and rainy. Needless to say lots of us are suffering colds, sleepiness, and other ailments that come with rapid weather changes. However, to keep the optimism and hope alive, I turn to light and airy interiors for some cheering up, and those with generous splashes of green seem to be best at bringing a smile to my face….

I really like the look of the crisp black and white pillow and blanket against this pale green…

A sad day - and a loss for the web

This morning I went to check on the Domino website and it was gone!!! This is devastating, as I wasn't finished collecting images! I've been in denial for so long. A moment of silence my friends.

Domino Subscribers - Here are your options

Follow this link to a list of CondeNast Magazines. Once you pick a magazine call them up and tell them you're a Domino subscriber. If you don't call and select a magazine, you will automatically receive Architectural Digest. I'm not sure what I'm going to opt for -- Cookie has great homes, but I'm without offspring, maybe Vogue or Vanity Fair? Thoughts?

Some Domino love for you
